Supported by the Rockefeller Foundation : Round 2
  • The National Hispanic Health Foundation invites you to apply for a community action grant sponsored by the National Hispanic Health Foundation with support from the Rockefeller Foundation. The project aims to address COVID-19 inequities in the Hispanic/Latino community.

Our overall goal is to increase vaccination uptake of the seasonal flu and COVID-19 vaccines in three major markets Oakland, Chicago, and Houston. You know your communities best, so we want to help support you! This is a unique opportunity to create the activity and impact you want to see. Let NHHF help support your efforts through a community activation grant.
  • NHHF will award up to $5,000 per organization, commensurate on the number of activities and scope of work proposed by your organization. Submissions are due September 4, 2022. Selections for grant award will be notified no later than September 30, 2022.
