Summer Camp payment is always due in advance, even if attending one day. If paying weekly, the due date is no later than the Sunday before each week of attendance. If paying monthly, payment is due by the 23rd day of the prior month. LATE FEE: A weekly late payment charge of 1.5% (or the maximum amount allowed by law) will be applied to past due amounts. TRANSACTION FEES: There is a 3% transaction fee charged by the processor of this form and will reduce the net pre-payment applied in your brightwheel account. Payments after registration are made in your brightwheel account. Brightwheel charges a 2.75% transaction fee for paying by debit/credit card. This fee can be avoided by connecting a bank account to your payment profile. KO12 Kids School does not receive transaction fees and these fees cannot be refunded. You can also pay by cash/check in person by the due dates mentioned above. OTHER CHARGES: There is NO enrollment fee and NO deposit charged this year. However, a partial prepayment is required with each registration. It will be calculated at the end of your registration. CANCELLATION CREDIT: Cancelled registrations will receive a 90% credit (or refund) for days paid but not attended. Cancellation charges will not exceed $300 in any case. (See "Make up Attendance" below for unused prepaid aftercare and/or early care credit). If this is a first-ever enrollment with us and if KO12 is not a fit for your child during the FIRST WEEK of attending, you will not be charged a cancellation fee and 100% of your unused camp will be refunded. You can reenroll in the same program next year. ABSENT CREDIT: If a student is absent due to illness, vacation, and most reasons, weekly attendance will be prorated to the daily rate. PAST DUE ACCOUNTS ARE NOT CONSIDERED FOR CREDIT until the account is current. REFUNDS: Most credits can be refunded. The "Early Pay" discounted Camp Rate is not eligible for refund (only 90% credit). CREDIT VS. REFUND: Credits are typically applied when future attendance is scheduled or expected. Refunds are typically given when no future attendance is scheduled or expected. Third party transaction fees are not refunded or credited. MAKE UP ATTENDANCE: Missed days must be made up in the same billing cycle (weekly or monthly) unless it's not possible due to full-time schedule, in which case a 90% credit will be applied to the invoice in the next billing cycle. Missed Aftercare and/or Early Care are credited 100% if student attends a full or half day. Credits and refunds will be processed as soon as possible but cannot be processed in a current billing cycle.

If you want to pay in person, payment is due no later than the Early Pay deadline selected above. You will receive an invoice in Brightwheel when the registration is processed for the Early Pay Plan selected with a due just prior to the Early Pay deadline. Payment must be received by the deadline to receive the Early Pay Discount. If payment has not been received by the deadline the registration will automatically be calculated at the next lowest qualified rate and the payment method will default to weekly billing in Brightwheel.
