Regent Property Group strongly recommends that all tenants maintain individual Tenants & Contents Insurance, and such insurance may be a condition of tenancy for some properties. All tenants will be held responsible for any damage or liability issues that arise during their residency, whether caused by themselves or their guests.

In addition, please be advised that a contract deposit is required at the time of approval. Upon approval of the application and execution of a lease agreement, this deposit will be applied toward the last month’s rent.

Should an applicant withdraw or decline to proceed with the tenancy after approval, the contract deposit may be forfeited, in whole or in part, at the discretion of the landlord, to cover administrative costs and lost marketing time.
