In order to work with you we need to verify your business by Tax Exemption Certificate or Business License (Note: this is not just a sales tax exemption number, but an actual document, called a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.) If your business is located outside of the United States, please send some business verification form or license. If your primary location is in a state that does not require Sales Tax please send your business license.

Wholesale Terms
Terms of Wholesale Transactions

The prices listed herein are wholesale and denominated in US dollars. Shipments originate from FOB Salt Lake City, Utah. Each account must furnish a copy of its valid state or country vendor's license upon request. All prices, minimums, and measurements are subject to rectification in response to market fluctuations. Slight variations in fabrics and colors may occur. An order pertains to a shipment designated for a specific shipping date to a particular destination. Multiple orders with different shipping dates or destinations are considered individual orders and cannot be amalgamated. Items must be procured in the stipulated minimum quantities. Orders falling below the prescribed minimums will only proceed once the minimum requirements are met.

International Shipments: Please be aware that any customs, duties, or taxes applicable to your country are your responsibility.

Pricing

Wholesale pricing entails a 50% reduction from the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).

Minimum Orders

Moss & Fawn enforces a minimum order value of $300, applicable to both new orders and reorders.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

Moss & Fawn enforces a minimum advertised price constraint of 20% off the retail price.

Selling on Amazon

Retailers and distributors are prohibited from selling Moss & Fawn products on Amazon or any other third-party online marketplace, without prior written consent from Moss & Fawn.

Payment Options

Moss & Fawn accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). The total invoice amount, plus shipping costs, will be charged upon checkout. The order will be dispatched once payment is completed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders typically ship within 24 hours on regular business days, thus alterations, additions, or cancellations to orders are not feasible once they have been submitted.

Claims & Returns

Upon receipt, please inspect each shipment. Any claims relating to damages or shipment discrepancies must be communicated via email to wholesale@mossandfawn.com within 10 days of receiving the shipment.

Due to the nature of our merchandise, returns cannot be accommodated.
