In order to work with you we need to verify your businesss by Tax Exemption Certificate or Business License (Note: this is not just a sales tax exemption number, but an actual document, called a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.) If your business is located outside of the United States, please send some business verification form or license. If your primary location is in a state that does not require Sales Tax please send your business license.

Wholesale Terms
Terms of Sale

Prices listed are wholesale, and in US dollars, FOB Salt Lake City, Utah. Every account must be prepared to provide a copy of its valid state or country vender's license upon request. All prices, minimums, and measurments are subject to correction, based on fluctuations in market conditions. Fabrics and colors may vary slightly. An order is a shipment scheduled for one specific ship date to one specific location. Multiple ship date orders and multiple ship-to locations are considered separate individual orders and cannot be combined. Items must be ordered in specified minimum quantities. Any order for less than the required minimum quantities will not be processed until the minimum requirments are met.

Shipments Outside USA: Please note that all customs, duties, or taxes to your country will need to be handled by you.

Pricing

Wholesale pricing is 50% off of MSRP.

Minimum Orders

Moss & Fawn's minimum order is $300, for both new orders and reorders.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

Moss & Fawn's minimum advertised price restrictions is 20% off retail price.

Payment Options

Moss & Fawn accepts Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). You will be charged the exact amount of the invouce, plus freight at checkout. Once payment is made the order will be shipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders ship within 24 hours on normal business days so we cannot edit, add to, or change orders once they are placed.

Claims & Returns

Please check each shipment upon receipt. Any claims fordamages and/or shipment discrepancies should be reported by emailing wholesale@mossandfawn.com within 10 days of reciept of shipment.

A restocking fee of 25% plus return shipping charges may be applied to any shipment returned or refused without prior authorization and confirmation.
