  • The information you provide in this application will be used to determine an initial price quote. Please fill out in its entirety and return via email to thegreenespace@wnyc.org. If the details of your request change, then the price quote will be adjusted to reflect the modifications.

    Any requests for dates, times, and services shall not be deemed confirmed unless a contract and invoice are issued and signed by both parties. This application does not suggest any formal agreement.

  • All renters MUST provide a Certificate of Insurance documents for your event upon signing contract. Please review the minimum requirements on the sample below.

  • Event Staffing

    Front-of-house staffing only. Technical staffing requirements to be determined by TGS based on your technical needs. Bar staff to be determined based on your alcohol service needs.

    (Please estimate minimum 1-hour without catering or 2 hours with catering) This time
    includes staff arrival, receiving rental/catering deliveries onsite, artists/guest
    speakers/panelists arrival, catering setup, stage setup, space decorations,
    lighting focus & etc.


    Additional charges will apply if any deliveries are arranged at a 
    different date/time.

    Please consider the additional time you will need for a full cue-to-cue rehearsal, and/or soundcheck and tech check.

    We recommend opening the lobby 1 hour before your program begins.

    Please estimate minimum 1 hour. All items must be picked up by the end time. Additional hourly charge will be applied if any pick-ups are arranged different

  • Our preferred Caterer is Great Performances. You may use another caterer at the approval of The Greene Space.

    If alcohol is being served, a One-Day Alcohol Event Permit is required from NYS Liquour Authority.  The Greene Space can obtain the permit for your event for a fee. A TIPS certified bartender is required for all events serving alcohol. 

    If you are using a caterer, your caterer may also obtain this permit but must coordinate with The Greene Space to obtain proper authorization forms for the application. Administrative fees may apply.  A copy of the permit if required 24 hours before the event.

  • Technical Equipment and Needs

    As part of the rental fee, you have access to our entire backline including furniture, equipment, and microphones. Please review our full backline at https://www.wnyc.org/tgs/rent-space/. Any additional equipment not in our backline must be rented and coordinated by the rental client.
