Club Information
All Volunteers & Club Video Delegates MUST be submitted through this online form before 5pm, Monday 21st February 2022. A separate form is required to be submitted for each volunteer from your program. All required fields must be completed before being able to submit. Where a club has been assigned a volunteer role at an event, the club must find and provide a suitable person to fulfil the duty at the event. Clubs are asked to ensure volunteers have a current understanding of the roles and responsibilities they will be undertaking at the event. A proxy fee of $100 per assigned volunteer position applies for clubs who do not provide volunteers for their assigned positions. Additional penalties may apply for clubs who repeatedly fail to provide volunteers for their assigned positions. (Note: Clubs do not require to provide a Club Video Delegate if they choose not to have one)
