    Civil Society Participation
  • Introduction

This survey, undertaken by CONCORD Europe and partners, intends to assess civil society’s experience of the quality and inclusiveness of the European Union’s consultations in 2020-2021 in the context of EU delegations’ programming of funds from 2021-2027 (the Global Europe-NDICI programming process). It will gather key recommendations for future consultations. This will lay the foundation for advocacy activities towards the European Union at different levels (headquarters and EU delegations).

Please base your answers on your experiences over the past 3 years.

Upon receiving them, we will compile and analyse the data into a document for advocacy use and also made available to respondents and EU stakeholders in view of sharing good practices and recommendations.

The questionnaire takes maximum 10 minutes to answer and is organised in 2 parts:

    1. General Information
    2. Programming consultations

Please complete this survey as soon as possible, and at the latest by 7 April. You are not required to answer all the questions and we strongly encourage you to submit the questionnaire even if you have not fully completed it. Your opinion is highly appreciated and useful for this exercise.

In case you need explanations or clarifications on issues and concepts mentioned in the questionnaire please send your question to celia.cranfield@concordeurope.org

Your answers are fully confidential. Thank you for your participation in this survey.
