By proceeding with a Clogau bespoke design, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. 1. Intellectual Property Rights - All designs, artwork, and concepts created as part of the bespoke process remain the intellectual property of Clogau Gold of Wales Ltd. This includes any drawings, CAD images, prototypes, or final jewellery designs. Clogau retains full ownership of all designs and reserves the right to reproduce, modify, or adapt them for future collections, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2. Lead Times - Estimated lead times are typically 6–8 weeks from order confirmation; however, these may vary depending on the nature, complexity, and materials of the bespoke design. Clogau will keep you informed of any changes or delays throughout the process. 3. Photography & Marketing Use - By signing this form, you give Clogau permission to photograph your bespoke piece once completed. These images may be used for internal records, social media, or marketing purposes. Any personal information or identifying details will not be disclosed without your prior consent. 4. Non-Refundable Design Fee - The £250 design fee is non-refundable and covers design time, consultation, and presentation work, regardless of whether the final order proceeds. 5. Returns & Exchanges - As bespoke pieces are created to your personal specifications, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, in which case Clogau’s standard warranty terms apply.
