---
Please review the CFCD grant guidelines in the Moneybook, pg. 13, prior to submitting this application.
Please submit simultaneous projects together in a single proposal, rather than submitting multiple applications.
Requests should only be for summer 2022 work (May 23 - August 30, 2022).
Important Reminders:
-
The student(s) must be a currently enrolled Smith undergraduate / Ada Comstock Scholar,
-
The student must be eligible to work in the U.S., must be
residing in the U.S.
at the time of work, and must file all required identification & tax paperwork with the Payroll Office prior to beginning work
-
The project should engage the student in meaningful and substantive research collaboration
-
Teaching assistance is not eligible for funding. For content-based teaching assistance, please work with your department on funding. For technical assistance for teaching remotely,
apply through ITS
-
You, the faculty member, are responsible for hiring the student in Workday
before
she begins work
At this time CFCD does not know what the requirements or options will be for remote vs. in-person/on-campus work during summer 2022: we advise applicants to plan for flexibility wherever possible.
