  • Staff Voucher Reimbursements

    Reimbursements for staff food vouchers will be mailed as a check. Please complete the following to ensure the arrival of your payment.

    Commercial Concessionaires $125
    Holly Springs Nonprofit Concessionaires* $75
    Electricity (concessionaires only, based on availability) $30
    Event Vendors** $75
    Event vendors will only be accepted if their product/services directly enhance the event such as face painting, glow-in-the-dark novelties, games, activities, etc. 

    All fees must be paid in full within 1 week of notification of acceptance. Each vendor is responsible for collecting and reporting applicable sales tax. No refunds for withdrawal of application, failure to acquire a TFE permit or exemption through Wake County, or no-shows. This event is rain or shine.

    *Holly Springs Nonprofits need to submit their 501(c)(3) tax exempt certificate with an address located within the Town limits of Holly Springs in order to receive the discounted fee.
    **Holly Springs Nonprofits wishing to participate in July 5th can have their fees waived for one space. Nonprofits will need to submit their 501(c)(3) tax exempt certificate with an address located within the Town limits of Holly Springs in order for the fee to be waived.

    This form is an online application and liability release only.  This does not confirm your participation in the July 5th event.  If the application is accepted, the contact person you listed above will be notified with instructions regarding payment.  Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, or check.

  • Signature below indicates my understanding and acceptance of the terms of this application, the rules and guidelines for event registration and participation, and hereby releases all sponsors, co-sponsors, organizations, or individuals involved with the Town of Holly Springs from any liability, product or personal.
