Abstract Submission Form
We are delighted you plan to join us for ACES 2022 and that you wish to make a presentation.
Before submitting your abstract, please know that if you start the online process and get interrupted, the submission may time out, so before you begin, verify your abstract was prepared using the official abstract template. It should be formatted exactly as per the template, contain a title, recognize all authors and their respective affiliations, and include your full contact information at the end of the document. Your abstract must be saved as a Microsoft Word document (.doc -or-.docx)
As a reminder:
- Proof your abstract carefully and obtain co-author approvals prior to submission.
- When completing the abstract submission form, indicate the name and contact information of the actual presenter, not a co-author or assistant.
- If submitting your abstract as part of a Pre-approved Session, be sure to answer YES that you were asked to speak in a Pre-approved Session, and then select the applicable session from the dropdown on the submission form.
- Individual submissions not affiliated with a Pre-approved Session should choose "I am submitting an individual abstract".
- The abstract submission does not count as your conference registration. All presenters are required to register and pay the applicable fee to attend by September 16. Registration will open on the conference website in the coming months.
NOTE: You will get an error message if you try to upload your abstract file while it is still open on your computer. Be sure to close it before you hit submit.
Attention Graduate Students:
If you are a student currently pursuing a Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited university in a subject area applicable to Ecosystem Services, you may apply to receive a complimentry registration. A very limited number are available.
