    1. This is an outside event. Each vendor needs to provide their own table, chair, supplies and canopy/tent. All vendors will be responsible for setting up their space/take down/and clean-up of their area including removing all garbage from their area at the end of the day. Garbage and recycling will need to be taken away with the vendor. Pack it in, pack it out. 2. We accept nonprofit/for profit produce booths prepared foods booths, food trucks, bakery booths, crafts/homemade items, artisan booths, commercial sale items and direct sale items. Please fully describe your product in the space provided on your application. We will make an effort not to duplicate vendors and will try to accommodate any who would like to participate on a rotation basis. We will also make an effort to book vendors with the intention of creating a balanced, diverse market; one that celebrates community and stimulates our local economy. 3. The following products are not allowed from any vendor: alcohol, drugs, drug paraphernalia, CBD products, weapons, or look alike weapons, including, but not limited to squirt guns, toys that shoot projectiles; fireworks, sparks or burst in anyway; T-shirts, hats, or any other products that have logos containing illustrations with violence, strong sexual, gang, political or drug related contents. No live animals. Any political or religious solicitation, including politically suggestive items are not allowed. The Saturday Market Board may bar other items at its discretion. 4. All vendors are required to know what rules, regulations or laws pertain to their products and are expected to follow those, including obtaining any permits or licenses required. 5. Booth vendors set up between 8:00am & 9:00am. Please check in with the vendor coordinator upon arrival for booth location and any needed information. For safety reasons all booth break downs will be after 1 pm. No vehicles are allowed on fairgrounds except food trucks. Early breakdown will remove you as a future vendor. 6. Each vendor should take appropriate measures to protect their property. Scio Saturday Market/Linn County Lamb & Wool Fair is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods, products or personal items. 7. Liability insurance is strongly suggested.     By participating in this event, you are agreeing to follow the OHA Guidelines set forth for the market to operate. We reserve the right to deny continued participation at any time and the decision of the vendor coordinator is final. All vendors will provide a hand sanitizer for public use.

  • One-time annual administrative fee, required by every vendor for the 2022 season: $10 Space fees: (10'x 10') $10

  • One- time annual administration fee $10

  • *Multiply how many Saturdays you are registering for Subtotal.

  • Payments may be made the day of the Market, but we request that you pay ahead, if at all possible!

    ***Direct sales and food vendors please DO NOT pay your entry fees until your reservations have been confirmed to avoid double booking your particular products. Thank you.

    I/We agree to abide by the rules of the Scio Saturday Market, accept as final the decisions of the Scio Saturday Market Board, and be kind and courteous toward vendors and customers. I/We agree to hold the Scio Saturday Market/Linn County Lamb & Wool Fair officials and property owners harmless and not liable. As a vendor, I/we accept any and all responsibilities for any loss or damage that may occur to my exhibit and property. The Scio Saturday Market/Linn County Lamb & Wool Fair and their committees, volunteers, property owners, and vendors shall in no manner be responsible and/or liable if any damage, loss or injury to persons or property shall be caused by reason of any neglect or willful act of myself, my firm or corporation, agents, representatives, or employee. My payment acknowledges that I have read this and that I am responsible for any cost incurred as a result of damages caused by my product(s) to the facilities and/or
