Vendor Application
If you are interested in being a vendor at the Cherokee National Holiday, please complete the following online form and upload any supporting photos, logos, or documents to be used for reviewing your application and promoting your business prior to the event.

IMPORTANT:
- Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
- The events team will review applications in the order in which they are received and reach out once your application is approved.
- To keep the markets and other events diverse, please note certain vendor categories may be closed out once quotas are reached.
- Accurate information on the application is important. An inspection of all vendor booths and sites will be conducted prior to opening for business.
- Once an application is accepted, vendor/both fees are payable by cashier check or money order (no personal checks will be accepted) within 30 days.

Dates and times of the following events are subject to change at the discretion of event organizers. Vendors will be notified immediately of any changes. Upon acceptance of your application, a team member will reach out to you via email and confirm all details, including providing instructions for payment.

Fee Summary

If you provide entertainment-related services such as a performer, musician, band, comedian, amusement ride service, or other product or service provider which does not fit within the categories below, then these fees may not apply to you.

Fees will apply to all vendors who are soliciting a product or service such as selling arts, apparel, crafts, food, and textiles.

Do not pay fees until notified of an accepted application. Fees are due on Friday, August 5, 2022. You will be notified of an accepted application by Friday, July 1, 2022.

Arts & Crafts and Apparel & Textiles Vendor Fees

Each booth space will measure approximately 10 feet wide by 10 feet long. Reservations are first-come, first-serve. Specify the number of required booth spaces below.

Hand Made Arts & Crafts
- Cherokee Citizen - $100.00 per space
- Other Tribe - $150.00 per space
- Non-Tribal Affiliation - $200.00 per space

Location: One Fire Field

One Fire Field is the bustling center of activity during the Cherokee National Holiday. From traditional games and cultural demonstrations to rides and entertainment, this outdoor venue will host thousands of attendees from across the country during labor day weekend. We are recruiting arts, crafts, and food vendors, as well as commercial products and services providers, to set up shop.

The Cultural Grounds lights up the night and becomes the life of the festival. The Intertribal Powwow is a crowd favorite with thousands attending every night. We are recruiting arts, crafts, and food vendors to set up shop.

Arts, Crafts, Food Vendors - Cherokee Artisan Marketplace
Location: Cherokee National History Museum

The Cherokee Artisan Marketplace is located at the Cherokee National History Museum square in heart of downtown Tahlequah, OK. It is the only exclusive event for Cherokee artisans. For attendees who seek traditional and authentic hand-made Cherokee arts and crafts, there is no better place to shop.

In addition to the shopping, visitors will enjoy the State of the Nation (in which over 1,500 people attend) and the Cherokee National Holiday Parade (in which over 2,000 people attend) taking place both in front and behind the square on Saturday.

Apparel & Textiles Vendors
Location: Chota Conference Center

The Chota Conference Center is the home of the Quilt Show, Art Show, Awards Banquet, and so much more. Over three days, thousands flood these halls. We are recruiting apparel & textile vendors to set up shop during events. Booth space is exclusive and limited, please submit your application at the earliest convenience.

All applications will be carefully reviewed for any eligible discounts. Upon acceptance, an email will be sent detailing the final fee amount. Discounts can be awarded for the following:
- Vendors or exhibitors providing educational activities (Up to 100%).
- Provision of a unique attendee experience and/or attraction (10% - 75%).
- Nonprofit/government groups providing services that may improve attendee lives (10% -75%).
- Other discounts or waivers are available for special circumstances on a case-by-case basis for vendors or exhibitors providing food services, products, or services that are unique and improve the attendee experience.
