Clear COVID-19 safety protocols are essential to making our 2022 Conference In-Person Event a safe and joyful space for us to gather. We know that conditions, policies, and guidelines will continue to change in the coming months, and we will follow developments closely and keep our community updated. Our goals are that attendees will know what protocols to expect, will feel comfortable gathering, and will stay safe and healthy. Vaccinations and boosters are required to participate in Chorus America’s June In-Person Event in Baltimore, and registrants will be asked to provide valid proof of vaccination. At this time, masks will be required in all shared spaces. We will continue to follow CDC guidance and will honor the COVID-19 mandates for our Conference host city of Baltimore as well as any mandates in place for specific Conference venues. In addition to a six-foot covered table and dedicated exhibiting hours on all three days of the Baltimore In-Person Event (June 15-17), 2022 Exhibitors can increase their visibility with info pages, logo placement, and more at the Online Event (April 7-8) and its replays.

Your visibility goes the furthest—and the value of your Conference presence goes up—when you purchase your exhibitor space in time to be included in key 2022 Conference milestone opportunities:
- Reserve Your Spot by March 31: Visibility at the Online Event April 7-8 with a customizable organization page on the online Conference platform and click-through logos

- This two part reservation/registration process has been designed to specifically suit the needs of exhibitors. Part Two will give you the opportunity (and the time) to assess:
  - Who you'd like to register for the June In-Person event in Baltimore (2 registrations are included, but you can add more for $95 each). You will also be able to purchase Gala Celebration tickets for June 16th - you won't want to miss out!
  - What text, video, links, contacts, and more you'd like to share as part of the multiple visibility opportunities available.
