IMPORTANT: Unless noted below, any sponsorship dollars will need to be received by March 31st to provide enough lead time for business logos to be included in the respective packages. After March 31st, please contact sponsorship@rybamn.com to discuss sponsorship options. Deadlines listed below represent the date that business logos and funds need to be collected.

Double Play PackageTournament Check-In for all tournaments held at Rochester Baseball Complex require all teams to check in upon arrival. Your business logo will be included on the weatherproof 3’x5’ banner that designates the check-in location which is visited by each team participating in the tournaments. It will also be included in all tournament communications to teams. Quantity Available: 2

Home Run PackageA weatherproof banner measuring 6’x10’ with your business logo will hang on an outfield fence at the Rochester Baseball Complex. This facility hosts hundreds of games each season and provides exposure to families and fans locally and elsewhere in the region. There are over 8 tournaments per year including state tournaments with over 200+ teams from the surrounding area. Discount of 20% available when purchasing 3 banners ($1200) or 5 banners ($2000)

Triple Play PackageJersey sleeve printed with your business name and logo for a set of teams in the Southern Minny. Your logo will be displayed on all jerseys sharing the same team name across the Southern Minny. This includes 2-3 total teams spread across the age divisions. Each team has approximately 12 players. Southern Minny baseball jerseys are worn for 12-17 games each season, including one end-of-season tournament. Players are aged 9-14 and play in communities within Olmsted county. Discount of 40% available when purchasing all jersey sleeves for all 10 sets of teams ($3,000). Quantity: 10

Newsletter PackageRYBA newsletter is sent to nearly 2,500 email inboxes on a monthly basis. These recipients are the families of our youth players and look to this communication for important updates and information. Your business logo would be included prominently at the top of the page. Hat PackageRYBA hats that are worn by each player are now available. This tier allows your business logo to be stitched to the back of over 1,300 hats worn by players and coaches. Price varies depending on player level.

Tournament PackageBaseball tournament will be renamed in the sponsor’s honor. The tournament takes place one weekend in mid-June. Over 40 teams with players from 9U to 14U travel from as far as two hours away and stay in the city’s hotels for the weekend, meaning dozens of families and hundreds of spectators are in attendance. All tournament communication on websites/social media to the dozens of teams will bear the sponsor’s name. We encourage the sponsor to bring a table/tent/booth, promote your business with giveaways, etc. Quantity: 3

Grand Slam PackageThe K-2 program is a development league for our youngest players to help introduce them to the game of baseball. Each age group is made of 10-16 teams with approximately 13 players per team.Select below whether you'd like to sponsor 1, 2, or all 3 grade levels (Kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade) in the program. The entire jersey front will be printed with your company name/logo on each jersey.Discount of 33% available when sponsoring all three age groups ($6000). Quantity: 3

Perfect Game PackageTraveling baseball jerseys are worn for between 30-50 games each season by players aged 9-14. Your business logo will appear on a sleeve of each traveling baseball jersey and would showcase your brand to opposing teams that may be staying in hotels in Rochester or playing in a surrounding community (as far away as the Twin Cities metro area). Quantity: 1

Dugout PackageOne field’s home/away dugouts at the Rochester Baseball Complex will have your business logo printed on weatherproof 6’x20’ banners and attached to the exterior walls of the pair of dugouts. These will be visible to players and families that visit the complex for hundreds of games over the course of the season. These banners will also be visible to all Collegeview Road/County Road 9 eastbound/westbound traffic. Quantity: 4

Tornado PackageBe the official sponsor of the 2025 RYBA season. Your logo will be placed prominently at the top of the RYBA website and included in all RYBA email communication with families. Also included in this package is a Dugout package ($4,000 value) and a 5-banner Homerun package ($2,000 value). Discounts of 20% are available in exchange for a multi-year committment.
