Mrs. Idaho America/ American/ America Strong 2026

Thank you for chosing Sammie Paige Artistry for your hair and makeup needs at your upcoming pageant. I ask that you please read through the information provided prior to signing this agreement. PACKAGE 1: $1500

Package 1 will include all hair and makeup needs for the weekend; to include arrival, black and white dinner, swim suit photoshoot, pj party, interview, and final show as well as touch ups through the day as needed and that time allows.

PACKAGE 2: $1250

Package number 2 will include hair and makeup for 2 days. Friday for swim Suit photoshoot and Interview, as well as Saturday for final show.

PACKAGE 3: $800

Package number 3 includes hair and makeup for Saturday only. This includes hair and makeup for final show as well a touch up's.

**Please note that schedules are subject to change, and adjustments will be made as needed**

Deposits:

Sammie Paige Artisry requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price you have selected. Deposits must be submitted along with this service contract in order to secure your spot. Payment options are available upon request. Please email me for additional information at bookings@sammiepaigeartistry.com.

HOW TO PAY:

Payments may be made one of three ways.

1. Invoice- If you would like to receive an invoice which would allow you to pay with a debit or credit card, please mark that option below. Once your form is submitted, an invoice will be issued to you.

2. Paypal- Payments made through paypal should be sent to sammiepaigeartistry@gmail.com or by scanning the QR code below. In the comments section, please include the name of the contestant and pageant.

3. VENMO: Payments made through venmo should be sent to @SammiePaige_Artistry, scanning the QR Below or by clicking HERE!

PAYMENT DUE DATE:

Deposits are due upon completion of this form. Remaining balance will be due in full by: February 1, 2026 by midnight. Any payments made after this due date are subject to a $100 late fee. Balance remaining reminders will be sent out prior to incurring any late fees.

SPA RULES

~Please leave pageant drama at the door. There will be times when there are multiple contestants in the hair and makeup room at the same time and we will not tolerate any bullying whatsoever. We want to keep things fun, up beat, and positive for everyone.

~As many of you know, hair/makeup for pageants begins early in the moring. We don't like waking you up any earlier than we must and we will do our best to accommodate everyone so that sleep is a priority. Please arrive only 5 minutes prior to every appointment time. Daily schedules will be given out no later than 9 pm the night before as things can change at the last minute.

~Please do not be late. To ensure the schedule runs smoothly, contestants must be on time. Exessive tardiness will throw off the entire schedule and rushing another contestant for your tardiness is just simply not fair. In this event contestants will be asked to come back later.

~Parents/Guardians, we ask that you please drop off the contestant or kindly wait in the hallway to avoid overcrowding a small space. This ensures the atmosphere remains calm and fun for everyone.

~It is VERY important that the conestant arrives to thier appointment with CLEAN and COMPLETELY DRY hair for the first appointment with us. For contestants competing on more than one day, please do not wash your hair unless we have instructed you to do so.

~Please arrive with a clean and exfoliated face prior to your appointment time each day.

~Lashes will be provided, however, if you have a favorite pair please bring them to your appointment time. With that being said, the final decision is up to your atrtist.
