We are truly honored to be trusted with one of the biggest weekends of your year. Our mission is to provide a luxury beauty experience that allows every contestant to look and feel like the very best version of themselves throughout the weekend.
Please review the following agreement before completing your reservation.
SERVICES PROVIDED
Sammie Paige Artistry agrees to provide the beauty services selected by the Client during the Mrs. Idaho America, Mrs. Idaho American and Miss Idaho for America Strong 2026 pageant weekend.
Services are determined by the Glam Experience selected during booking and may include:
• Professional Hair Styling
• Professional Makeup Application (or age-appropriate makeup for eligible divisions)
• Registration & Check-In
• Required Competitions
• Optional Competitions (when included in your selected package)
• Interview
• Personal Introduction
• Opening Number
• Formal Wear
• Evening Activities & Parties (as scheduling allows)
• Touch-Ups Throughout the Day (as scheduling allows)
• Professional Luxury Hair & Makeup Products
• Services provided by the Sammie Paige Artistry Team
Only services included within the selected Glam Experience will be provided. Services not included in the selected package may be available for an additional fee based on artist availability.
RESERVATION & PAYMENT
Your Glam Experience is officially reserved once both of the following have been completed:
• This Agreement has been signed.
• Your 50% non-refundable retainer has been received.
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until both requirements have been completed.
The remaining balance may be paid at any time prior to October 1, 2026, through the Client Payment portal.
Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services, release of your reservation to another contestant, and forfeiture of all monies paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Because Sammie Paige Artistry accepts a limited number of contestants for Mrs. Idaho America, all retainers and payments are non-refundable.
Should the Client withdraw from the pageant, cancel services, become unable to attend, or otherwise choose not to utilize their reserved Glam Experience, all payments made shall remain non-refundable.
APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING
Appointment schedules are carefully coordinated around the official schedule.
Appointment times are assigned by Sammie Paige Artistry and cannot be selected by clients. Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests whenever reasonably possible; however, appointment times cannot be guaranteed.
Clients understand that appointment times may change if the official event schedule changes.
Should schedule adjustments become necessary, Sammie Paige Artistry will communicate all changes as quickly as possible.
ARTIST ASSIGNMENT
By reserving services with Sammie Paige Artistry, the Client understands and agrees that services may be performed by Sammie Paige or another qualified Artist on the Sammie Paige Artistry Team.
Every Artist has been carefully selected and trained to provide the quality, professionalism, and client experience associated with the Sammie Paige Artistry brand.
Should an Artist become unavailable due to illness, emergency, travel delays, or other unforeseen circumstances, Sammie Paige Artistry reserves the right to assign another qualified Artist without this constituting a breach of this Agreement.
SERVICE SATISFACTION
Our goal is for every contestant to leave the styling chair feeling confident and beautiful.
If you would like any adjustments made to your hair or makeup, please notify a member of the Sammie Paige Artistry Team before leaving your appointment.
Once the Client leaves the styling area, services will be considered accepted. Any additional styling requests or changes made thereafter will be subject to artist and scheduling availlability.
HAIR EXTENSIONS & ACCESSORIES
Clients are responsible for providing their own clean, dry, detangled hair extensions, toppers, and hair accessories unless otherwise arranged. Sammie Paige Artistry does not provide hair extentions at this time.
Additional time required to prepare extensions or accessories may not be available and may impact the final hairstyle.
ALLERGIES & MEDICAL CONDITIONS
The Client agrees to notify Sammie Paige Artistry of any known allergies, skin sensitivities, recent cosmetic procedures, medical conditions, or other concerns that may affect hair or makeup services prior to the scheduled appointment.
Sammie Paige Artistry is not responsible for reactions resulting from information that was not disclosed prior to services being performed.
PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE
Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event, the Client grants Sammie Paige Artistry permission to photograph completed hair and makeup services for use on our website, portfolio, educational materials, marketing, and social media.
FORCE MAJEURE
Sammie Paige Artistry shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, travel interruptions, venue restrictions, illness, natural disasters, government action, or other unforeseen events.
COMMUNICATION
Pageant weekend moves quickly.
The Client agrees to maintain open communication with the Sammie Paige Artistry Team and promptly notify the Team of any schedule changes or concerns that may affect their appointment.
Clients will be added to the official Sammie Paige Artistry event communication group 💄 Sammie Paige Artistry | Mrs Idaho/ FAS 2026 (currently WhatsApp). This group is used for important announcements, scheduling updates, and time-sensitive event communication during pageant weekend.
MUTUAL RESPECT
At Sammie Paige Artistry, kindness matters.
We are committed to creating a positive, encouraging, and professional environment for every contestant and family. We kindly ask that all interactions with our Artists and Team Members remain respectful and courteous so that together we can create the best possible pageant experience.
PREPARING FOR PAGEANT WEEKEND
Following your reservation, you'll receive the Sammie Paige Artistry Glam Guide, which includes important preparation instructions, appointment expectations, scheduling information, hair preparation guidelines, packing recommendations, and everything you'll need to know before arriving.
By signing this Agreement, Client agrees to review and follow all written instructions provided by Sammie Paige Artistry.
These guidelines have been developed through years of experience and are designed to ensure the best possible results for every contestant while allowing our team to maintain an organized schedule throughout pageant weekend.
Failure to follow the instructions outlined in the Sammie Paige Artistry Glam Guide—including, but not limited to, hair preparation, appointment arrival times, extension preparation, and other written guidelines—may impact the services that can be performed. Failure to follow these instructions does not constitute a breach of this Agreement and does not qualify the Client for a refund.
AGREEMENT
By signing below, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
Client understands the services being provided, payment schedule, cancellation policy, and conditions of booking.
