  • The Online Directory is available to current members.

  • Instructions

    1) Enter Member ID.

    2) Click  Search the current Membership IDs.

    3) Enter the Membership Directory's password.

    4) On the bottom of the screen select the button "Proceed...

    5) If the valid password is entered the next screen will be the Membership Directory, otherwise an acknowledge  "Thank You" screen is shown.

    4) On the bottom of the screen select the button "Proceed...

    5) If the valid password is entered the next screen will be the Membership Directory; otherwise an acknowledge  "Thank You" screen is shown.

  • The Password will be sent by email.

    1) Enter your email address and a confirmation entry.

    2) On the bottom select the button "Email... 

    3) An acknowledgment "Thank You" screen is shown.

    4) In your email, find and open the email titled "Request for the Membership Directory's Password"  that provides the password. {Senior Scholars suggests looking in "All" emails because the email may be in the Junk or Spam directories.}

    5) Rerun Membership Directory.

  • Security Policy

    • The directory contains name and email address information. Phone and address information was intentionally not included.

    • Access to the directory requires both a current Membership ID and a password. 

    • The entirety of the directory cannot be printed or downloaded.

    Inclusion in the Online Directory

    Members choose to be included "Yes" or not be included "No" when they join or renew their membership. Change can be made using the Directory Update form on the website.  Changes will be made when the Directory is updated. 

    Maintenance Policy

    The Membership Committee creates the membership directory from the database and distributes the password via email.  Member IDs are updated weekly from the database. The directory is updated at least twice a year.
