• 2022 Las Cruces Wine Festival Vendor Application

  • All vendor spaces are currently full.

    Please fill out the application to be added to the waistlist, and to recieve emails about future events.

     

    We invite all vendors and interested businesses to apply for space at the 2022 Wine Festivals in Las Cruces, taking place during Labor Day weekend.

    Space is not guaranteed until an application is reviewed, approved and all applicable fees and paperwork is submitted.

    Dona Ana County Fair Grounds, 12125 Robert Larson Blvd, Las Cruces, NM

    VENDOR INFORMATION:

    • Vendor Eligibility: Any licensed business with an approved product is encouraged to apply.
    • The organizer (New Mexico Wine) reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone, based on issues of balance of like products, timeliness and thoroughness of application, and appropriateness of product to the client base.
    • All food vendors must have access to a licensed kitchen.
    • Vendor spaces are assigned based on date when complete applications (including fees) are received.
    • Due to New Mexico Wine's partnership with the New Mexico Tourism Department, regional vendors will likely be chosen over national brands.

    PRICE

    • Food Truck or 20x20 food tent - $550
    • 10x20 Professional Tented Vendor space - $400
    • Electricity 110V - $75
    • Specialty Electrcity - $100

    APPLICATION PROCESS

    Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Please allow 2 weeks for the review process.

    Upon acceptance, detailed information needed and required will be emailed to you. Payment in full and necessary paperwork will be required to be submitted within 15 days.

    Note: As the event draws closer, payment and paperwork will be due sooner. If paperwork and payment has not been received you will not be allowed on festival grounds.

    Criteria:

    • A clean and professional presentation.
    • Unique products, foods, or services.
    • Photos are required as part of the application process. A vendor will not be accepted if a photo is not submitted of product(s), booth, or truck set-up. If a food truck please submit a picture of your truck.
