DELTA OF THE MONTH NOMINATION FORM

Purpose:

Δ To recognize CAAC sorors who demonstrate a high level of excellence in their service to the chapter’s events and programs.

Eligibility Criteria:

Δ Must be a financial member of CAAC; chapter officers and membership committee members are eligible.

Δ Has demonstrated commendable service, sisterhood and support when carrying out CAAC’s events and programs internally and/or externally.

Δ NOTE: Although a soror may receive multiple nominations, she will only be recognized as Delta of the Month once within the same sorority year (September-June).
