What should we know about your power requirements?
There will be a vending charge of $300.00 for a 10X10 Space. $450 for a 20X10 space. Price includes 2 working passes. Fee due by April 15th, 2022
What size space do you need?*

•We will require Federal Id or Social Security Number upon acceptance of you becoming a vendor.

•All vendors must supply a certificate of insurance of general liability naming JHMF LLC, ABATE OF Indiana Inc, Lawerence County Recreational Park as additional insured. Full details of insurance must be supplied with formal contract upon acceptance.

•All Vendors must be registered and in good standing with the local and federal tax organizations.

•Indiana Department of Revenue Services imposes a 7% sales tax on all retail sales made. If you are selling food or merchandise during the festival, you MUST fill out a Tax Remittance Form and return it to the Indiana Department of Revenue Services.
