CANCELLATION POLICY:

GROUPS - 100 % Cancellation charge after 48 hours before the event.
FIT – 100% cancellation charge after noon on the tour date.
A call for re-confirmation should be received on the day of the tour. If you don’t receive a message from our side, please confirm your booking.

SAFARI IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Safari Tours are conducted in English only.
Safari Tours are not recommended for guests with heart, neck and/or back problems.
As per DTCM, with immediate effect, Pregnant women and children below 2 years old will not be allowed on the dune drive; however, special requirements can be made with additional transfer charges. For any of the above requests, the details should be specified clearly before making the booking request.
Pick up time is 3:00 PM TO 3:30 PM (exact time of pick up will be advised on the day of the tour as soon as the driver is allocated)
For SIC basis:- If in any case the guest does not show up until 10 minutes, our vehicle will depart from the pickup location, MPQ will not arrange for any alternative transfer & no refund will be provided for the missed tour
