Resize disclaimer:
During a ring's resize, your ring setting may potentially lose a marginal amount of material, equal to about the thickness of a letter paper. We always try to minimize gold lose as much as possible, but cannot guarantee to avoid it entirely, and we wish to inform you upfront that minimal changes in band width may need to be expected.
Please keep in mind that multiple resizes would run a higher risk of gold lose and narrowing band, and that this would not be considered grounds for a replacement/remake of the setting.
Outside resize requests that are approved to be free of charge as stated in our policy (only for the first resize, and only within 1 year of delivery) - additional cost for resizing would be determined by us at our sole discretion.
