1. Run - 100 km Or
2. Cycle - 400 Km Or
3. Run 100km & Cycle400km

You can accept any one challenge out of these three, and You will be awarded with finisher medals 🏅 based on completion of your challenge.

This challenge is to break the self barrier - A challenge that will Challenge your fitness level 🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Kindly post your ride photos on your socialmedia profile with a # tag, #TenkasicyclistsMarchDuoChallenge and #TenkasiCyclists2021 also mentioning the day in which you are in !! This would motivate others to take up this challenge !!
