    Let me take the stress out of planning. Whether it's your dream vacation or a quick getaway, my travel planning process is designed to help me work with clients who are serious about planning their next trip.

  • A research fee is REQUIRED to proceed with booking your trip (prices listed on the next page).

     

    Please do not complete this form unless you are ready to pay your Research Fee for your trip. Payment method options are listed before submission.

  • REQUIRED RESEARCH FEES

    1. Solo/Couple/Small Family: 1 -  4 Members - $50 ONLY
    2. Groups/Large Family: 5 Or More Members - $55 ONLY

    Once the Research Fee has been confirmed, I will send a confirmation within 2 - 3 business days with travel quotes.

    QUOTES

     I ask that you allow 2 – 3 business days for a response with quotes to the email address you provide. This will give me enough time to create a personalized quote based on your desired destination and budget.

    Quotes are ONLY good for 48 hours after they are delivered to you for review, but are NOT guaranteed until BOOKED.

  • STEP 4

    SECURE YOUR TRIP

    To secure the quoted price, most vendors require a deposit at the time of the price quote (ex., 10-20% of your total trip). Being "Deposit Ready" when you receive your quote is essential, as prices may change.

    Deposits can average between $100 - $900 depending on the total price of the trip. Example: Total trip is $1,234.56/Deposit is $100-$150.

     

    Once prices are confirmed and you are ready to proceed with the purchase, a Credit/Debit Card Authorization will be sent to request payment processing. The authorization form must be COMPLETED IMMEDIATELY upon receipt to ensure no price changes.
