Payment by CHECK is a 2 step process:

Step 1: Write and send a check.

1.  Select "Print Form"   If you do not have a printer write out the details with today's date.

2. Write a check to "Senior Scholars at Queens" for $300.        

3. Mail the check and print out or note to:

Step 2: Submit the license information.

1.  Select the button "Submit" to transfer the license information to the Membership and Marketing Committees.

2. A "Thank You Message" from Senior Scholars is displayed at completion.

Senior Scholars does not maintain credit card information on its membership files.

Instructions: 

1. Select the button "Print Form"  at the bottom of the screen.

2. Select the button "Submit" - to start PayPal.

3. SSQ recommends using the PayPal's Guest option.

4. To enter PayPal as a guest select "Pay with a Debit or Credit Card" on the PayPal Screen. After the screen changes: enter card, billing address and contact information then when ready select the "Pay Now" button; otherwise enter your PayPal id.  

       PayPal will email a receipt.

       PayPal will complete processing with a Green checkmark.

5. Select the option "Return to Merchant"  to return to this form. 

6. A "Thank You" message from Senior Scholars is displayed at completion.
