Filling this form is required in order for an approved Club to host an event. This form must be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the event.

Tracking events helps us ensure that there are no two events to close to each other on the same dates, and to ensure the Web site is fully up to date.

NEW - There is a $20 non-refundable application fee when applying to host a trial. This fee will be lost in the event that a trial is cancelled, or if any dates are changed. The $20 fee will be applied towards the run fees owed for any completed trial.

Premium and Registration

Once your trial application has been approved, you will be required to submit your event premium in PDF format as well as a registration link though the appropriate form. The registration link MUST BE DIRECTLY TO A FORM, not to a general web site.

These must be provided to RATS! Canada a minimum of 2 weeks before the trial and/or 5 days BEFORE registrations open - A reminder will not be sent. If this is submitted late, a penalty will apply.

I agree that for RATS! Canada trials, I will abide by all RATS! Canada rules, and include in our own waivers and insurance that RATS! Canada (and its agents) is to be held harmless under all circumstances.
