Every few years, the Mutual Ministry Committee asks the Lutheran Church of the Cross (LCC) congregation to provide evaluation of the ministry of the congregation and pastors. This is an opportunity to express what you think is going well, any concerns, and ideas to improve, grow and change.
LCC and the world has and continues to be challenged by the global pandemic. We ask that you consider the current context, but also think about the broader mission and future direction of LCC, as well as the new co-pastor ministries of Pastor Lyle and Pastor Lyndon.
Congregational feedback is valuable in assisting Church Council, Pastor Lyndon & Pastor Lyle, and all those leading and participating to evaluate our ministry. We ask that you read about each ministry area and offer brief comments in response. All comments are anonymous unless you wish to put your name on this form, including if you would like an individual response from the Committee or others.
At the end of the evaluation, there are some additional demographic questions. These questions are intended to better understand the community of LCC and measure changes between this and future evaluations. All information provided will be collated and only be used in consolidated reporting to respect the anonymity of the evaluation responses.
