Subscription & Payment Terms: All AMICS subscriptions are billed monthly. Subscription fees vary depending on the package selected. Payments for AMICS Essential Plans (Regular, Spotify Premium, Elite, and iCloud Only) are due on the 16th of each month, and payments made after the 16th will incur a late fee of $200 JMD. Payments for AMICS Plus & Premium Plans are due on the last day of each month, and payments made after the end of the month will incur a late fee of $200 JMD. AMICS subscribers may choose to pay in advance for multiple months at a discounted rate where applicable. Subscribers with only one (1) month outstanding may still qualify for the discounted advance payment option once the applicable late fee is included with payment. However, subscribers with more than one (1) month in arrears will no longer qualify for discounted pricing on overdue months and must pay the full standard monthly rate along with all applicable late fees before discounted advance payment options can resume. AMICS reserves the right to approve, deny, or modify advance payment discounts at its discretion. Payment reminders are typically sent within seven (7) days before the due date; however, failure to receive a reminder does not exempt a subscriber from making payment on time, and all payments must be made in full by the applicable due date. Any unpaid balance, including late fees, will carry over into the following month until fully settled. Subscribers with unpaid balances exceeding three (3) months may have their access to AMICS services suspended or permanently removed at the discretion of AMICS. Subscribers removed due to non-payment must fully clear all outstanding balances before being considered for reactivation or future subscription access, and AMICS reserves the right to deny re-entry to any subscriber with a history of repeated late payments, abuse, or non-compliance. AMICS iCloud storage plans are shared among multiple subscribers under a fixed storage allocation and, because storage capacity is limited, subscribers are responsible for managing and optimizing their own storage usage. If storage reaches capacity, AMICS may notify subscribers to reduce storage usage, recommend optimization steps, or restrict excessive usage where necessary to maintain fair access for all subscribers, and AMICS does not guarantee unlimited storage availability within shared plans. AMICS operates using third-party platforms and subscription services, including but not limited to Apple and Spotify, and as a result, certain interruptions, feature limitations, account restrictions, or service changes may occur outside of AMICS' control. AMICS reserves the right to modify plan structures, pricing, storage allocation, or subscriber access where necessary to maintain service operations, and subscribers will be informed of major changes where reasonably possible. Subscribers are expected to use AMICS services responsibly and respectfully, and AMICS reserves the right to suspend or remove subscribers who abuse shared services, engage in fraudulent activity, share unauthorized access, harass representatives or other subscribers, or violate platform rules associated with the services being provided; no refunds will be issued for removals resulting from violations of these terms. Payments made to AMICS are generally non-refundable once the subscription period has begun, with exceptions considered only in cases where AMICS is unable to provide the subscribed service or a billing error occurred directly due to AMICS. AMICS may periodically request feedback through surveys, polls, or social media interactions in order to improve services and subscriber experience, and subscribers are encouraged to participate and follow AMICS social media pages to stay updated on promotions, giveaways, service updates, and important announcements. Eligible subscribers may receive one (1) complimentary month of service during their birthday period, issued solely at the discretion of AMICS, dependent on business performance and subscriber loyalty, and limited to subscribers in good financial standing; if a subscriber has already paid for their birthday month, the complimentary month may be applied to the following billing cycle. AMICS respects the privacy of all subscribers, and while subscribers within a shared Apple Family or subscription group may be able to see a subscriber's name or Apple ID name, storage usage amount, and subscription status within the shared plan, other subscribers and AMICS representatives do not have access to photos, messages, files, backups, notes, emails, passwords, personal applications, or any other private data stored on a subscriber's device(s) or personal iCloud account, as personal data remains private and protected under Apple's security and encryption systems, and AMICS only has access to administrative information necessary to manage the shared subscription service and cannot view, open, or control the personal content stored within any account or devices. AMICS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, and continued use of AMICS services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
