We want to get started on your cover design ASAP! Not only is the cover a great asset for marketing, but we use the approved design elements for your print interior layout. Our goal is to finalize the front cover in about 2 weeks and move on to the print interior layout samples. That way, we can move quickly through the full print interior layout and eBook process when your manuscript is finalized.

All of this information is required for your book design.

Tips for your cover text

Book description:

It is essentially a book synopsis that is written to draw the reader in. It should not go into every little detail about your book, but it should inform the reader why they should purchase it. Need help writing this? Click here to request a proposal for our Book Description Copywriting service.
- For fiction: What are the high stakes? Is there romance? Is there adventure?
- For nonfiction/business: What will the reader learn? (Use bullet points!) How will this book change their life? What industry problem are you solving and why should they care?
- Your book description should be around 200-350 words.
Author bio:
- Aim for 60-90 words and don’t go over 150 words. It’s highly recommended to keep this as short as possible, one paragraph between 2-4 sentences.
- Don’t brand too much, but include your credentials, your interests, a call to action, and any other relevant information you want to share with your target audience.
- Write in the third person
