    Activations once submitted and received are typically ready within 1-3 hours. Please plan your activation requests in advance of delivery to your end users, please plan for preparation time, activation, programming and troubleshooting if necessary.     We require a 5 business day notification in writing prior to the end of any month TO SHUT OFF RADIOS OR SERVICES. A phone call follow up to make sure we received your written shut off notice is also required. Any requests to shut off monthly services beyond these terms will require an additional 30 days of service to will carry over into the next month.
