Fiesta Sports Foundation is dedicated to assisting community initiatives and supporting nonprofit organizations. Please complete the form below to request a silent auction package and share more information about your upcoming fundraising event.

All silent auction donation requests will be reviewed within 6-8 weeks. All requesting organizations will be contacted via email to confirm request status. Silent auction packages include four tickets to the 2025 Rate Bowl and a gift box.

Fiesta Sports Foundation Request Guidelines
1. Organization’s event aligns with the Fiesta Sports Foundation's focuses and three pillars: Youth, Sports, and Education.
2. Event proposed is in line with the requesting organization’s mission statement and has a distinct focus, format, and objective to serve the Arizona community.
3. Organization’s request for an event sponsorship, silent auction item or mascot appearance is relevant to the overall financial goal and initiatives of the event or program.
4. Positive exposure consistent with the Fiesta Sports Foundation brand and provides potential for a long-term, sustainable partnership and/or relationship.
5. Event sponsorships provide an opportunity for Fiesta Sports Foundation's name and mission to be branded or highlighted via legacy programs or residual value.
6. Organizations are limited to one (1) event sponsorship request, one (1) silent auction request and unlimited mascot requests per calendar year.
