I hereby consent that Metastarz has the right to use all my video and photo footage submissions in any and all media format worldwide, including on its website, social media accounts, other places online, and in print or electronic form, now and for the foreesable future for marketing or promotional purposes.
I hereby waive and release to the Metastarz all intellectual property claims, rights and interest (including copyright claims) associated with my video and photo footage submissions. I waive any rights, claims or interest I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in photographs and videos, and agree that any uses prescribed herein may be made without compensation. I hereby consent that by entering into this competition, I understsand I am subject to MetaStarz' Terms of Services.
