Juried Event for Hand Crafters only - no Direct Sales please!
Organizer limits the number of vendors in each category to allow for variety of products to our shoppers, as well as fairness in selling.
- Fee - $40 + Raffle Basket Donation with Minimum Retail Value of $25.
- No payment is required with this application.
- Deadline for submitting applications is March 31, 2022.
- Accepted Vendors will be emailed with a notification and additional information, no later than April 17, 2022.
- Accepted vendors will have (3) weeks from the date of the email to submit their payment via check. Checks must be made payable to Kim Mucha - mailed to 66 Augur Rd Extention Northford, CT 06472. Checks will be cashed as received.
- A wait list will be maintained in the event a vendor must cancel or does not remit payment timely.
- Refunds will not be issued unless the event is cancelled.
- 10 x 10 outdoor booth space - Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, chairs, etc. All tents must be tied and/or weighted down. No electricity.
- Vendors will be able to pull onto the field to load and unload. Only one (1) car per site is allowed to stay on the field.
- Set up begins at 8:00 am. Volunteers will be on site to assist in unloading and setup. All vendors must be fully set up no later than 10:00 am.
- Breakdown begins at 2:00 pm. Vendors are welcome to stay later if there are shoppers still on the field. Booths may not break down before 2:00 pm. The field must be cleared by 4:00pm and all trash is the responsibility of each vendor.
- All vendors will be asked to promote the event. A flyer will be sent along with your acceptance, and a Facebook event page has already been created under the Crafters Care Events page.
- Volunteers will be available throughout the day for lunch orders, bathroom breaks, and assistance with loading at the end of the day.
- All vendors will be spaced out enough to provide a safe distance between booths. We will follow any and all guidelines provided by the CDC at the time of the event.
- All vendors must have hand sanitizer available for customers to use while in their booth area.
- It is at the discretion of each vendor if you wish for shoppers to handle your merchandise, hand out samples (if food related), or allow for shoppers to try on items (if applicable)
- Lunch menus will be given out to all vendors if you are interested in placing a food order from Doody's Restaurant during the event. We will have volunteers helping with lunch delivery.
