The Cancer and Critical Care Fund’s goal is to help provided financial support to families in Oceana County and surrounding areas with medical expenses associated with a critical illness diagnosis, treatment and care.
The funds raised from Chocolate Walk ticket sales and sponsorships will help with unpaid medical expenses for families and individuals that qualify for our grants.
To participate in the Chocolate Walk, please complete the registration form below.
Tickets are $40 per participant. Ticket includes: 1 assorted specialty chocolate from each participating business; Chocolate Walk souvenir box; walking map of participating businesses and sponsors.
Choose from the following options to submit payment for Chocolate Walk tickets:
- Mail a check payable to Cancer and Critical Care Fund to: Community Foundation for Oceana County, P.O Box 902, Pentwater, MI 49449. Note "Chocolate Walk" on check.
- Pay at time of event upon receiving your Chocolate Walk souvenir box and walking map.
