    GM's should complete this evaluation TOGETHER with the Assistant Manager being evaluated. This is an opportunity to recieve constructive feedback on your performance over the past period, and set goals to improve!

    GM's - giving an Assistant all A's or high marks does not benefit anyone. Please be constructive in finding areas of opportunity and improvement! 

    Just because your AM is a Level 4, doesn't mean they don't have anything they need to work on! Create some goals that help sharpen thier skills and benefit the store!

     

    Assistant Managers will be required to complete at least 1 cut test per period, and upload the results onto this evaluation.
