    Please submit your information using the form below. Full booth rent must be paid when application is submitted. Neither submission nor payment guarantees you a space. Once you've been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. If you are not accepted, you will receive a 100% refund.

    Event begins at 10 am on April 2nd, 2022, and ends at 4 pm. Booth setup begins at 9 am. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Vendor commits to manning their booth till 4pm except in case of inclement weather.

    FOOD VENDORS:
    Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment, will be subject to inspection by the local health department and must provide permit for approval. The City of Ralls Vendor Permit is $45 and is good for one year.     If your product falls under the Cottage Food Law you are only required to have a food handler's license. It is your responsibility to obtain the proper licenses as required by the state and the City of Ralls.

    BBQ and Ice Cream are already covered. We are trying to keep a variety of types of food available and to avoid competition between food vendors so we will not be accepting any more of those types.

All vendors will be responsible for their own property and provide their own set up equipment such as tables, canopies, chairs etc. Canopy weights are mandatory.
