  • About this Program

    Creators are on the frontlines of our community, creating dynamic content that showcases a variety of facets within the game. Creators express themselves through various mediums that display their own personalities within the Project Genesis ecosystem. Creators are the kind of early adopters who blaze trails in new territory for others and have a desire to engage the community through artistic talent. The goal of the Affiliate Creator Program is to elevate, support and recognize content creators for their contributions to showcasing Project Genesis to their communities and the general public.

  • Disclaimer & Additional Criteria

    In addition to meeting the below stated requirements, 8CS reserves the right to accept and reject applicants on a case to case basis at their discretion based on our evaluation in several areas. All applicants will be vetted before being placed into a trial role, their content will be observed for overall fit, quality, tone, and to ensure their voice aligns with our energy and values. We will also be checking to ensure that creators are not engaging in behavior unbecoming, against ToS on platforms, and that they are actively demonstrating their willingness and ability to be active on their respected platforms. This includes but is not limited to checking out YouTube channels, Twitch Channels, Twitch Vods & Clips, TikTok pages, DeviantArt or ArtStation pages, Social Media Pages, etc.Please note that while we will try to provide constructive criticism and feedback when possible, we are not able to respond individually to every application beyond its approval status.By applying for a Creator role within our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read the below requirements and believe that you can reasonably meet them on an ongoing basis, and understand that we reserve the right to revoke roles and perks for inactive members.

  • Initial Application Approval - Trial Role

    Upon submitting a successful application, all new affiliates will receive a “trial” role that they will hold for a 30 day period. During this period, they must demonstrate that they can meet the requirements of a Level 1 Creator, at which time they will evaluated for potential promotion and full access to the role and it's perks. If applicants do not meet the requirements outlined below (and the additonal criteria listed above) , your “trial” role will be removed and applicants are welcomed to re-apply at a later date.

  • Requirements - Creator Level 1- General:

    • Post/Comment/Respond in the 8CS Discord server a minimum of 10x per week.
      (This requirement is designed to be focused on conversational engagement with the community, and to ensure our creators are known to our community.)
    • Participate in at least 1 8CS organized event per month.
      (When applicable - This can be a DevSession, PlaySession, Sweat16, Stage-Channel Event, Q&A Session, Live-Stream, etc. This requirement is designed to facilitate creators meeting and interacting with the community.)
    • Follow our accounts and interact with our social posts a minimum of 5x per month.
      (This includes liking, commenting, RTing, sharing, RePosting, and others forms of Engagement with our social posts. You can also tag our accounts and interact with us as well.)
    • Links & Promotion
      (Include your own generated Discord invite link to our server in your video descriptions, channel commands/panels, under images etc.)

  • Content Requirements - Level 1:

            Video Creators:

    • Youtube: Create and post a minimum of 2 original content videos per month (Average length 3-5 Minutes) OR a minimum of 5 “shorts”
    • TikTok: Create and post a minimum of 5 TikTok Videos per month.

      Topics can include but are not limited to Gameplay highlights, Tips & Tricks, Montage, Developer Updates/Game Updates, Game Review, Fails/Funny Moments

      Live-Streamers:

    • Twitch/Youtube: Stream a minimum of 5 hours of Project Genesis Gameplay per month. 
      (Whenever possible, at least one hour/session of live-streamed content per month should be during an 8CS hosted event.)

      Artists:
    • Create a minimum of 2 pieces of Project Genesis related art per month (Original Artwork)
      Please ensure you are using #8CircuitStudios, #ProjectGenesis and other appropriate hashtags in your descriptions and tagging our accounts whenever possible.

  • Perks:

    • Creator Level 1 designation within the Discord server & separately displayed role.
      (Designed to make you stand out!)
    • Project Genesis Creator Pack Level 1
      (Includes a mix of assets for use on-stream, in videos and other media sources)
    • Creator Level 1 badge in-game
      (Base level badge to keep, Level 1 Badge allocated while active in the program)
    • Permissions to self-promote your channels in the 8CS Discord Server
    • Custom Promo-Code (5 Redemptions)
      (Total 5 redemptions to help stimulate growth, for inviting friends,  channel/social giveaways, etc.)
    • Giveaway Support
      (Future Allocation of special edition in-game assets for promotional giveaways as they become available - total of 2 per activation.)

    We will do our best to get to your application and process it as soon as possible, but please do allow us some time to review the submitted information. In the meantime, we strongly recommend joining our discord server, introducing yourself, and getting to know the community and familiarizing yourself with the game itself.
    Please note: These requirements, perks and information may change as the program expands and we continue to grow.
