Please check the appropriate category and submit the pertinent fee. It is the expectation of the BC Synod that congregations will budget for and pay these fees.

Registration includes all sessions, accommodations (based on single occupancy) and meals.

Travel reimbursements are available by submitting a separate expense claim after the conference (please note the first 200 km driven are not reimburseable).

As we recognize our need for Reconciled Relationships, the BC Synod Study Conference Planning Committee waives the registration fee for those congregations served by IBPOC (Indigenous, Black, Person Of Colour) rostered leaders who bear the largest burden of systemic racism in our synod. This is a small action in the spirit of reparation in our work towards becoming an anti-racist synod.

Accommodations
Due to COVID-19, we are striving to offer single rooms to all who want them. If you feel it is safe for you to do so, you may opt to share a room with another participant, in order to make more space available for others.

If you share a room, there is a discount of $25 per night (for a total of $75).

Please note that you may not be guaranteed a private bathroom. Space is limited, so please register early.
You may also consider bringing a spouse this year, to share your room. Costs for spouses attending will be kept as low as possible.
