Once we receive this form submission and the watch, we willl call or text you to make sure that we have the correct information and send you a video after testing the watch. We will also send you an estimate for the repair.

Depending on the damage of the watch, the repair will take 2-7 business days. Once repaired, we'll send you a video of the repaired device(s), request full payment and then provide an approximate shipping time.

The watch will not be water proof after any repair. We do not advise swimming or surbmerging the watch under water after any repair.

Please remove the band from the watch, wrap it in bubble wrap and place in small box from USPS or other box. We recommend USPS small box priority mail for inexpensive shipping. Use the address below for shipping.
