    • Online ordering is available at the official website of MUJI Hong Kong, or customers can visit Café&Meal MUJI for ordering. Online ordering accepts PayPal only.
    • Order form can be obtained from Café&Meal MUJI. Please fill in the order form and visit Café&Meal MUJI for ordering and payment 3 days prior to the self-pickup or delivery date. 
    • Upon confirmation of the order, no cancellation or amendment on items ordered, self-pickup or delivery date, time, and information will be accepted. MUJI (HK) Company Limited reserve the right to decline any order in whole or in part at our sole discretion.
    • To ensure food quality, Customers are recommended to consume the food within 2 hours from the pickup time.
    • Self-pickup service will be suspended if Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted or in response to traffic conditions and changes in business hours of stores. We will contact the Customer to reschedule self-pickup or delivery date, or arrange refund.
    • All promotional offers or discounts are not applicable to Catering Order.

    General Terms and Condition

    • Any personal information will only be collected for the purpose of processing orders, delivery arrangement and other directly related purposes. Customer hereby understands and agrees that we may provide the delivery information to our outsourced service provider for delivery service.     • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. No person other than the Customer and MUJI (Hong Kong) Company Limited (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term hereof.
    • MUJI (HK) Company Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice and of final decision of all matters and disputes.
    • In case of any discrepancy between Chinese and English versions, English version shall prevail.
