Thank-you for applying for a Bailey Paints Cash Account. A cash account is a loyalty scheme which rewards your spend with us by giving you automatic discounts across a very wide range of Bailey Paints products.

When ordering it is important that you tell our staff that you have a cash account with us so that your purchase gets your discount. Orders can be placed over the phone or in person in the shop. Unfortunately cash accounts are not linked to our website.

Once we receive your completed application form your account should be up and running within 1 working day. We will email you to confirm your account has been setup and is ready to use.

Private cash accounts are intended for individuals who buy paint on a regular basis, for personal use. We reserve the right to withdraw this facility or review your level of discount without notice if your account is not used. We also reserve the right to change our terms & conditions at any time, without notice.

Your details will be kept on our database and the system keeps a record of your annual purchases. If you ever wish to know what paints you bought from us and when feel free to ask - you can even put references on orders such as 'bathroom', so even if you forget the colour used in 5 years time, we will have a record for you.

If you are buying paint for your business or maintenance of business premises, please fill out our Business Account Application form. We offer Cash and Credit (subject to credit check and references) Business Accounts.

Discount & Payment

With a Bailey Paints Cash Account you will receive a 2.5% discount on all discountable products in our ranges. This does not include some items such as Farrow & Ball, Benjamin Moore and typically off the shelf whites/ready mixed colours. Ask staff for details.

This is not a credit account. You must pay for all goods at time of order.

Delivery

Delivery is FREE on orders over £100 (including VAT). Locally this would be done using our own drivers and vehicles. Nationally we use Fedex.

For orders under £100 (inc VAT), there is a delivery charge of £9.60.

The Rabart Group

Bailey Paints is now wholly owned by the Rabart Group. Your details will be shared with them but with no other parties.

In 2022 we intend to change IT system, and your account will be moved over to the new system automatically. We will still have access to an archive of your order history prior to this for future reference if required.
