  • Spring Fling at Ting offers inflatables, kid's activities, and an egg hunt to celebrate the spring season. Estimated attendance for the event is 1800-2000. The typical audience for Spring Fling is young families and grandparents. Vendors must provide a children's activity to participate. The vendor fee is $40 if the application is completed by Feb. 28, 2023. The vendor fee increases to $55 beginning on March 1, 2023.

    Eligible vendors must be businesses and organizations offering services or products primarily geared toward children. Organizations participating in the Spring Fling are required to provide an approved children's activity. Examples of activities include games, crafts, demonstrations, etc. Spin wheels will not be approved. Businesses or organizations focusing on making sales or promoting a business/organization that is not geared toward children may participate as an event sponsor.

    Sponsorships for Spring Fling are also available for $350. Sponsorships include special advertising such as premier placement of booth space at event, Facebook/social media mentions, logo on event webpage, signage at event, and thank you announcment during event.

    Any business/organization making sales at the event is required to have their NC Department of Revenue Sales & Tax Use Certificate posted through the entirety of the event. 

    The purpose of the event is to provide a fun and safe environment for our community by offering a free, family-friendly event. The Town of Holly Springs reserves the right to reject any application it deems unacceptable, that does not qualify to participate, or that does not list a specific children's activity. Political candidates, parties, affiliates, etc. are not permitted to participate as a vendor or sponsor due to Policy#P-048.

    Setup Information

    Setup will begin at 8 a.m. with the event beginning at 10 a.m. All vendors should be onsite no later than 9:30 a.m. All vendors are expected to maintain their booths and activities from 10 a.m. until noon. Additional information will be emailed to all accepted vendors no later than Wednesday, March 22.

    This form is an online application and liability release only. This does not confirm your participation in the Spring Fling event. If the application is accepted, the contact person you listed above will be notified with instructions regarding payment. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, or check.

    Signature below indicates my understanding and acceptance of the terms of this application, the rules and guidelines for event registration and clean-up, and hereby releases all sponsors, co-sponsors, organizations, or individuals involved with the Town of Holly Springs from any liability, product or personal.
