Vendor Requirements

Any accommodations that need to be made should be requested with event coordinators prior to the show.

- Setup starts as early as 4 pm
- Setup ends at 6 pm (No exceptions)

- Submit an image of the artwork cropped and unframed, if applicable. Include a brief description of the artwork. (Title, size and medium) **Send an additional image of the artist holding artwork **

Small Business Vendor (6ft Table w/linen) - $125 -- This registration is intended for small business owners wanting to showcase a with 6ft Table w/ black linen. All tables must be brought by vendors. The venue has limited table avaialble.

Corporate Business Vendor - $175 -- This registration is for corporate entities wanting to showcase a with 6ft Table w/ black linen. We will provide a table for you with this registration. This option is not intended for creatives, small business owners, or artists.
