This form is required in order for an individual to be considered for training as a RATS! Canada Judge.

Please note that new judge applications now require a non-refundable application fee of $20.

Upon application, and before being approved as an apprentice-judge, there will be a public call for feedback period. If any past misconduct is reported and verified by the Board of Directors, the application may be denied. RATS! Canada will uphold all Canadian Kennel Club bans as they apply to individuals. Applicants must disclose any bans from any other dog sport organizations.*

I understand that this declaration is a prerequisite for serving as a judge or host club with this organization, and/or maintaining my judge or host status with RATS! Canada and I provide it truthfully and in good faith.
