Payment Form

You can pay three ways: On this form, on the original registration form, or in person at the parish office. The parish office accepts cash, card, and check. Please note that making payment without filling out the appropriate registration form first does not guarantee your child a spot in our program. Likewise, filling out the registration form and not making the payment does not guarantee your child's place in our program. If you have questions or concerns, let us know.
