  • CANCELLATION POLICY Out of courtesy to your stylist, we kindly ask that you give 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Be sure to contact them directly.  In the case that more than 48 hours' notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, your deposit will be nonrefundable. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your stylist may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled. As a courtesy to the artist and other clients, please notify your artist if you are at all running late (even 5 minutes makes a difference). Thank you for understanding this policy. It is in place to respect the time of the artist as well as other clients waiting for appointments. All deposits will be non-transferable if appointment is no-showed or canceled beyond the 48 hour policy. DEPOSITS MADE FOR YOUR COLOR APPOINTMENT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN GENERAL AND CAN ONLY BE TRANSFERRED TO FAMILY & FRIENDS WITH APPROVAL OF YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER.
