The Catering & Drinks package explained:

To make things easier for companies/charities or groups at the Warrior Race we offer two catering. You as the team coordinator can dictate how many of each token each person must get.

We have two options:

Food with Alchohol & Soft Drink
- Lunch token for each team member that can be redeemed at any participating vendor at the event
- Beer Token(s)
- Soft Drink Token(s)

Food with Soft Drinks
- Lunch token for each team member that can be redeemed at any participating vendor at the event
- Soft Drink Token(s)
Bring our own Gazeebo:

We have limited space for Company/Charity/Sponsor Gazebos, it must be booked using this form

FAQs:

- Quantity: Maximum 3 Gazebos

- Where do I set up my Gazebos?: There is a designated area for gazebos, a venue layout will be distributed to you before the event, there will also be venue signage showing you where to set up

- Can we bring our own Cooler boxes, our own drinks, food etc?
No cooler boxes may be brought onto the venue, there are more than enough food vendors, beer tent etc..

- May we braai at the event?
No braais or fires are allowed
