By completing this form I understand I am submitting an appointment request designed so Sarah can determine if she can best serve me. In response, I will receive an email to continue our pre-visit consult, offer an appointment option or place me on a waitlist if there aren't any new guest appointments available within the next 60 days. I understand that the average wait time is 4-6 months. In the case that Sarah isn't the best stylist for me, I understand that she will do her best to offer a referral to another stylist.
Upon booking, I understand that there is a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours notice I will not be allowed to book appointments in the future.
Additional information regarding what to expect at your appointment will be emailed to you prior to your scheduled visit. Expect an email response within 48 hours, Monday-Friday. Submissions received after 8am on Fridays, or over the weekend, will receive a reply on Monday (check spam folders or add sarah@thecurlsuitemi.com to contacts to ensure you receive replies).
