It is your responsibility to return the bike on the correct return date for your booking. Our system does not provide any notifications to remind you to return the bike, so you will need to keep track of this date yourself.*

At the end of your hire you will be required to complete a feedback survey. Please factor in approximately 5-10 minutes to do this when you return the bike to us. This is a condition required by the University for residents taking part in the scheme.*
