Guest Tickets

Students may request up to five (5) guest tickets. The final number of tickets available per student will be confirmed after the RSVP deadline, as allocations depend on overall participation.

After submitting your RSVP below, you will be able to pick up your guest tickets once they become available, beginning April 1, 2026.

Ticket Pick-Up Locations and Times:

Academic Affairs, EN A 210 (Preferred Option): Available for pick-up beginning April 1, 2026, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Final day for pick-up at this location is April 23, 2026, no later than 12:00 p.m.
Lyman Center Will Call Window: Tickets will be available starting April 26, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.

If you are unable to pick up your tickets in person, you may authorize someone else to do so on your behalf. To do this, please email provost@southernct.edu with the following information:

Your full name and SCSU ID number
The name of the person who will pick up your tickets (they must bring a valid photo ID)
A written statement granting permission for that person to pick up your tickets on your behalf
